tube dress

i found this adorable fabric with a pattern that ran from selvedge to selvedge. i wanted to create a dress made from a tube of this fabric and shaped by darts and pleats only. i began it pre-pek, but finally finished it recently. i like it.

its finished and its so cute! i can't wait for her to crawl around on it. now i just have to get it in the mail to her...

iznik tiles

i saw these lovely tiles at ann sacks. they're on the decorative side, but i think they're super cool. they have lots of other styles, too.
